Welcome to the Genotypic Data Management Portal of the DCP Program at CIMMYT. This platform serves as a central repository for genotyping data produced within the DCP Project. Designed with user experience in mind, our system offers an intuitive interface that enables users to visualize, retrieve, and export data with ease. It supports a wide range of popular data formats for export and is fully compatible with BrAPI. This system is an implementation of GIGWA framework and ensures efficient management and accessibility of genotypic data.
